At Cosmetic Surgery in Florida...  We are committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction! One of the ways we accomplish our goal of your complete satisfaction is by making sure there are never any hidden fees. In the following sections, we have outlined the only fee we will collect directly from you. Why we collect it; And when. 

No "hidden fees" means "NO HIDDEN FEES"!

Once we explain our programs and you decide to move forward with scheduling a consultation, all you are required to pay is a $50 "Good Faith" deposit. Why do we call it "Good Faith"? This deposit is 100% fully refundable and is only collected to "guarantee" your appearance at the scheduled consultation. If you have to re-schedule your appointment and you give us 24 hours notice, no problem. If you are not happy with the out-come of your consultation and/or decide not to move forward with a procedure, no problem! In both cases, this deposit is 100% refundable. However, if you do not show up for your appointment and/or you don't call to re-schedule it, this fee will become non-refundable. It's just a sign of "Good Faith" that we ask from you to protect our Doctors consultation schedules! 

Please do not make the $50 deposit until you have spoken with one of our Patient Coordinators and scheduled an appointment.
